We embrace an stress-free pet sitting experience. All first-time customers are will have a 30-minute meet-and-greet session to have proper introduction of ourselves to your pet. Select the service you would like to book and we will arrange the meet-and-greet session with you separately. 

You can request a cancellation of the booking if you don’t feel right for the meet-and -greet session. Ultimately, the well-bring of your pet is our top priority.

1. Select your desired service(s) and date(s).
2. Provide some details of you and your pet.
3. Pay to confirm booking as on the confirmation email. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need separate arrangement for your booking payment.
4. You will receive a reminder and a checklist from our pet sitter one or two days before your pet care service.
5. We will keep you posted about your pets throughout the service.
6. After the service is completed, we will send you a pet-care journal on the next working day. For recurring services, you will receive the journal every two weeks.
7. We will contact you via email to collect your feedback and follow up if necessary.
