For new customers
We embrace an stress-free pet sitting experience. All first-time customers are will have a 30-minute meet-and-greet session to have proper introduction of ourselves to your pet. Select the service you would like to book and we will arrange the meet-and-greet session with you separately.
You can request a cancellation of the booking if you don’t feel right for the meet-and -greet session. Ultimately, the well-bring of your pet is our top priority.
For existing customers
You can proceed by selecting ‘Existing customers’ below. Here is what happens next.
- Select your desired service(s) and date(s).
- Provide some details of you and your pet.
- Pay to confirm booking as on the confirmation email. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need separate arrangement for your booking payment.
- You will receive a reminder and a checklist from our pet sitter one or two days before your pet care service.
- We will keep you posted about your pets throughout the service.
- After the service is completed, we will send you a pet-care journal on the next working day. For recurring services, you will receive the journal every two weeks.
- We will contact you via email to collect your feedback and follow up if necessary.
